WHY I BUILT DISCOVERY STACK
SEO is degrading as the primary discovery channel. B2B companies have a roughly ten-year window — 2026–2036 — to build durable discovery positions before AI ads get expensive. Discovery Stack is the framework that helps them do it.
In 2024–2025 I ran B2B sales consulting from karoltabis.com. I was suffocating — a market flooded with paid ads, BOFu categories dominated by entrenched brands. In 2025 I decided: build my own product. That is how TrenujHandlowca was born.
The classic SEO playbook was not enough for TH growth. I started research — forty articles in April–May 2026, first framework drafts, validation on my own case. On May 26, 2026 I formalized the pivot: from B2B sales consulting to Discovery Stack thought leadership + implementation program.
Why this timing: the AI Overview era is just starting to collapse the classic SEO funnel. Many companies are 2–3 years behind the leading edge in GEO adoption. I bring an unusual profile: founder-builder with skin in the game, GEO/SEO operator, twenty years of B2B sales in the background — tested first in a Polish market that had no playbook to copy.
