Initial decision
One of three outcomes — an invitation to a Discovery Call, a suggestion to start with Diagnosis instead, or "not this time" with a written explanation of why and what would change my answer.

Discovery Call (30 min)
If we proceed — a thirty-minute video call. Fit, scope, timing, budget validation. No slides. No pitch. We test whether the work makes sense for both sides before either of us commits anything.

Proposal + contract
A concrete offer with a start date and a twelve-week schedule. Fixed scope, fixed price, fixed deliverables per phase. Contract and first invoice within five business days of the call.

Execution kick-off
Phase 1 — Map the Terrain — starts in week one. Baseline audit, consensus signals review, competitor map in the AI answer layer. First measurable outputs by the end of week four.
Execution is twelve weeks of 1:1 work — design, implementation, tuning. Three concurrent engagements is the upper bound at which the work stays at the quality the program is sold on. This is not marketing scarcity — it is operational reality.
